It is a short walk to campus - only 2 blocks to the women's building! Roll outta bed and be on campus in 6 minutes, This house was recently purchased by our company and got some awesome interior remodeling done. All the hardwood floors have been refinished and the one and a half bathrooms have been remodeled as well. The house has brand new furniture - each bedroom has a full size bed, desk with chair and dresser. Sectional, coffee and end tables in the living room and table and chairs in the dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, huge fridge plus the usual stove and microwave. There are laundry machines (coin op) in the basement and a single garage stall and driveway for parking.
