700 Euclid is the beautiful house on corner of Euclid Ave and Lancaster Ave. The house has hardwood floors throughout, with the exception of one bedroom that has carpeting. We have furnished the house with all new furniture and replaced all the windows. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom and two kitchens, one with a roomy pantry. The house has a large living room with built in bookcases around a fireplace and doors that open to the front porch. Each bedroom has its own closet. There is parking available, along with access to a two stall garage. There are coin-operated laundry machines in the basement of the house.
